Glass Bead

Our high quality glass bead blasting media can be used by both wet and dry blasts for different pre-treatment finishes. Glass bead media can be used in our Wet Blast Cabinets to polish metal, polish unpainted aluminium and help give a nice finish to almost all metals.

Glass Bead can also be used along with our Dry Blast Cabinets (both pressure and suction) to remove heavy paint, stubborn rust and other coatings without the risk of causing the metal on the component to rust.

An additional benefit of using Glass Bead for blasting is that you can use it for multiple blasting cycles before the performance begins to reduce. Glass bead commonly lasts up to 6 cycles before needing to be replaced, minimising consumption costs.
