Designed for high volume preparation of alloy wheels, the Blast Wash Automatic Wheel Blaster has the ability to process up to 30 wheels per hour depending on the contamination of the wheel. The automatic wheel blaster is a labour saving machine, which speeds up and simplifies the blasting process.
The alloy wheel is placed into the cabinet where media blasts off any surface contamination and residue, efficiently prepping the wheel for powder coat applications.

Installation Requirements
Power – 3 Phase – minimum 50 amp required due to the machines high start-up current.
Placement – The Automatic Wheel Blaster is a stationary device without the need to fix to a solid foundation.
Weight – 1000Kgs
Other – The machine will need to be positioned on a suitable floor space, which must be level. You will also require a forklift or other means to offload onsite.
