High Pressure Manual Degreasing Cabinet; “like having a pressure washer in a box, without the mess!”

The Blast-Wash High Pressure Washer (BW-HPW) series of cabin degreasing machines has been designed for cleaning of small, complex components with high pressured water.

The footswitch operated pump allows for hands free cleaning; providing better control to the operator. The high flow rate pump provides outstanding performance for perfect cleaning results. The machine is also equipped with an air gun for drying of the parts after washing, providing a fantastic end result.

Water is heated by an efficient heating system. This heated water increases washing quality and the insulated washing tank reduces energy consumption.

The degreasing cabin is well illuminated by twin LED lights; monitoring is provided through glass and an air knife cleaning system which ensures continuous excellent visibility during washing operation.

Inside the high pressure manual degreasing cabinet there are two stages of filtering. The first filtering is done through the stainless steel basket filter; the second filtering is done through a filter with a finer filtering capacity.

A digital display shows the operating temperature for optimal cleaning performance and a pressure meter shows the pump pressure continuously.
